Parental Consent Form

emag requires that all customers under the age of 17 obtain a signed copy of the parental consent form in order to play any game rated M by the ESRB. For a full list of games and their ratings, visit our games page. You can download and print the form by clicking the link above, or the parent can fill out the form at the store.

Customers may be required to present a photo ID on their first visit in order to play M rated games if they appear to be under the age of 25.
